Collected Personal Data

if you email using the Contact Us link we will retain this information for the sole purpose of responding to your enquiry, and will never pass any details on to any 3rd parties without your prior written permission except to one of our engineers or suppliers solely to respond or provide you with a quotation, advice, or proposal, quote, etc. and any data such as email, name, or contact number will be deleted from our server after 90 days automatically and checked in a data retention audit every 180 days or 2 times per year.  If you wish to make any changes to any of the above, please inform us in writing via email within 90 days and we will uphold your request.

We never sell or pass on any of your data to any 3rd party outside of our company or our suppliers or contractors stated above.

Purpose of collecting data

We will record the data and information entered into the enquiries form and sent to us via email, post, or telephone conversation.  We are happy to enter into a 2 way NDA if required, we can supply this or you can email your own version to us for signature.
